Advertisements/links can be placed on any page on www.flyfishersonline.com so long as they comply with the www.flyfishersonline.com advertising policy and the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Advertisements on the home page will be limited to two prime advertisers (non conflicting) on the left and right sides of the page
2. There is a web page listing names and contact information and links where requested.
3. There will be a webpage packages devoted to adverts for guides, clubs & associations, accommodation and venues
4. There will be a webpage package for suppliers of any products or magazines & publications.
5. All all graphical advertising will appear on the right hand side of the nominated page.
   

Minimum booking value is US$15. All fees listed in the package are in US dollars.

No advert will be accepted or added to the website until payment in full has been received. (Note: when transferring money from other currencies/overseas the amount received must be sufficient to cover all bank charges). Fees can be paid direct into account, credit card (Visa and AMEX) or by cheque or money order.

1. Special offers made to members can be withdrawn at any time by the advertiser once 3 days notice has been served.
2. Special offers made to advertisers can be withdrawn at any time by the www.flyfishersonline.com.
3. Repeat orders paid prior to the expiry of the previous order will be eligible for a 5% discount.
4. If a repeat order is not paid for within one week following the expiry of the previous order, the advert and link may be removed from the website and the space offered to another advertiser.
5. Where charges are annual, an invoice will be sent out 11 months from the contract commencement date. If payment is not received within one week after the commencement of the second contract period, the advert and/or link will be removed.
6. www.flyfishersonline.com has the right to decline any advert that it regards as inappropriate.
7. These terms will apply for the duration of any fully paid order but may be varied in relation to unpaid orders, special offers or for additional periods.
8. Contracts may be cancelled at any time once one month notice is served. This one month notice must be adhered to by both www.flyfishersonline.com and the advertiser.
9. Membership information given by visitors to the Fly Fishers Online website remains confidential and the property of www.flyfishersonline.com Offers and information may be sent to the members from advertisers via www.flyfishersonline.com
10. Special introductory offer of free month/s is only valid to the first fully paid advertiser per package. The month/s free is at the discretion of www.flyfishersonline.com
11. Alterations made to advertisements, information or listings will be updated in accordance with the package. Once changes have been received www.flyfishersonline.com guarantee the changes will be in place within seven working days from the date they are received.
12. Any down-time periods caused by parties other than www.flyfishersonline.com will not be compensated. That is unless the down time exceeds one week.
13. Any incorrect information, details and prices received by advertisers and then listed on the website are not the responsibility of www.flyfishersonline.com although changes will be made in line with Cond.11.
14. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the statistics given to advertisers are accurate, www.flyfishersonline.com can not take responsibility for any incorrect information but will however, pass any questions that arise onto the company or organisation responsible for this area.
